About the event

We will be hosting a number of events all over Miami in efforts to raise awareness and money against all of the recent gun violence that has affected our South Florida Community.  

Each event all weekend long will have fun, food and excitement for all ages while we spread our simple message to "Not be a Hothead, Stop, Think and Keep a CoolheaD".  

There will also be gun buy back tables, bullet donation stations as well as donation tables for money in efforts to make the biggest impact as possible in the community to reduce the amount of gun violence we see everyday.  

Attached is our initial announcement for you to save the dates and our official Sponsorship decks for you to select which package would fit best for you organization. 

• Date of the event - Oct 25th - 28th
• Summarize the event or organization’s objectives and purpose. - Our objective is to Save Lives in South Florida, to raise awareness and money against all of the recent gun violence that has affected many families across our South Florida Community.  
• Provide the estimated attendance - expecting approx 5000 participants in our 5k alone and another few thousand from all of the other events we have scheduled.  Total exposure approx 10,000 attendees multiplied by their social media followings and the intense media coverage already confirmed for our great cause.
