Keep Charlotte Warm Project:1stEdition
Dear Neighbor:
Proper Entertainment is an event planning company here in Charlotte, NC. We are looking to partner with businesses, community programs, and celebrities to help 'Keep Charlotte Warm'.
We are stricken with a high level of poverty in Charlotte, NC; rated the #2 city in the country least likely to allow those in poverty to escape; directly behind Baltimore City, MD.
While a coat cannot solve all issues, it can help those less than fortunate stay warm as we brace for yet again, another brutal winter.
We are looking for various groups and individuals to provide the following resources (however not limited to):
- Locations For Coat Donations
- Coat Donations
- Monetary Donations for coat purchases
- Celebrity Memorabilia Donations used to auction for coat purchases
- Awareness to the cause (Radio, Television, Social Media, etc)
- Volunteers
- Etc.
We know that this is a daunting task for one person, which is why we would like to appeal to your love and loyalty to this city and help "Keep Charlotte Warm!"
All sponsors and partners will be recognized at our Coat Drive on November 13th and VIP access to our Celebration later that evening, along with a plaque and certificate of participation.
We welcome any and all who have a heart warm enough to support this project.

This event will help us bring awareness to the cause and also encourage the attendees to continue to participate in the donations of coats. Sponsors who donate cash will receive exposure to there groups, companies ect. via electronic flyers that will go out via social media to thousands of our followers of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Sponsors will also receive 4-VIP passes to the night party and a plaque for your appreciation.

We are looking for various groups and individuals to provide the following resources (however not limited to): • Locations For Coat Donations • Coat Donations • Volunteers • Etc. All sponsors and partners with up to 50 coats will be recognized at our after hour Coat Drive event on November 13th and 14th where over 500 attendees will be present with a certificate of participation.

We are looking for various groups and individuals to provide items such as gifts or gift cards to be raffled off to attendees who donate coats. All gift and gift cards will be raffled off to all participants who bring a donated coat or whom have bought tickets to the event. Each sponsor who has provided a gift or gift card for the raffle will be acknowledged during the event with over 500 event goers and will receive 4 tickets to the event. Sponsors will also be acknowledged across our social media line with thousand of followers. Our idea is to encourage event goers to donate coats, not only to help our community, but to also possibly receive some nice prizes from our sponsors.
