The Monarch Butterfly signifies transformation, re-birth and beauty! Using this inspiration as our guide, we aim to create events that bring about change, metamorphosis and new opportunities for small business owners and creatives with big dreams in our community!

My name is Megan Marshall. I was born and raised in Kansas City. I have a long background of being involved with the community from an early age. My passion is truly helping others. I want to see other succeed and that is what bring me so much joy.
I am a Mom to three kiddos, Emerson 8, Gigi 6, and Oliver 2. I have been married to my husband for a little over 10 years now and we have created a beautiful family.
I feel my gift is the relationships I have built here in Kansas City and I can't wait to watch those grow into something special!
