About the event
June Ball is the oldest and most highly anticipated event in Durham University's calender. This 12-hour white tie event with a budget of over £80,000, hosts over 700 students and teaching staff. The theme remains a secret until the night, previous themes include 'Signs of the Zodiac' and 'Around the World in Eighty Days'.

This package includes the sponsorship of the Champagne on one of the Castle's prestigious galleries. One of the most exciting aspects of the ball is that every room within the Castle walls is open for students to explore. This package would include the sponsorship of the champagne reception in one of these rooms, which would include a white screen with your logo on which students can have their photos taken in front of, similar to a red carpet event. Further to this, the sponsors logo would also be advertised on our website and in the brochure and new to this year, representatives from sponsors companies can attend a prestigious 'Formal' Dinner in The Castle's, Great Hall to inform students about your company and any graduate opportunities you may have.

A traditional part of the ball is the Champagne Reception during the firework display in the courtyard after the meal, each guest is given a glass of champagne on arrival.
