One of DMV's largest food & music festival & block party - 2021 Jollof Cook--off at the DC Afrobeats Block Party.  

The event will be a 5 hour cultural experience featuring a day party with 5 top DJs, live performances, popup shop with retail vendors, taste of Africa with some of the best local Afro-Caribbean food vendors, Dance competition, art exhibition, game zone amd overall festive vibes 

The last event in 2019 attracted over 2000 guests

I am a marketiing and technology consultant and seasoned event producer with over 10 years of multi-city event production operation.I am the mastermind behind many influential cultural brands that produced some of the largest festivals and groundbreaking cultural productions that redefined Afrobeats culture across several cities in the USA. A well respected curator of multi-cultural experiences, I come with a deep knowledge and expertise on the important and intricate elements necessary for successful productions that does not compromise on stardards & quality. I have a solid track record of working with various brands on a long term and ongoing basis to deliver great and compelling value through partnerships. I have done this successfully on core traditoinal principles including but not limited to integrity, innovation results orientedness, no excuses mindset, honesty, good communication, and great customer service. 

Education wise, I have an electrical engineering degree from Howard University and an MBA from Georgetown University
