About the event

This is the public launch event of JoinMeOut. We are currently in closed testing and anticipate public launch on mid July. We are seeking sponsorship for the event. We would be excited with press, beer, cash,or music to help make the event a success. The vision is to host a party at a local Austin bar, similar to SXSW style to generate buzz and excitement for our launch. Our current email list is over 10,000 people. All sponsors will be clearly featured on all material promoting the event and at the event itself.

We have an email list of several thousand people and dont for see any issues getting the target audience at our event. Our main issue is the budget of the event. Being a startup we are actively managing our cash position, and having a partner/sponsor of our event would mean a lot.

Our base target would be $5,000 total to hold the event anything in addition would make the event that much more awesome
