About the event

We will be running the first job-sharing speed networking event in London.

Event details:

• Intro
• Q&A with a high-achieving job share pair
• Short, implementable advice on making a great first impression and building effective relationships from one of our coaches. 
• “Speed dating” (half of the attendees stay in one seat, and the rest move around)
•  Free networking after too. 

All lubricated by drinks and nibbles and meant to be generally good fun. 

Why should you sponsor?

A sponsor should support our event because:

a) It demonstrates meaningful support for innovation and gender diversity

Job-sharing is particualrly pertintent to women with children (although anyone can do it). We enable employers to address the attrition of women from work, and they are keen to get involved.

b) We are principally engaging with women.

This group is hard to reach outside of parenting channels. But we are deveoping as a trusted brand.

c) Our offer is unique and innovative. No-one else is doing what we do.

Job-sharing will completely change the future of work. Supporting Further&More gives sponsors credibilty in the innovation space.

d) We are one to watch. Since we started this journey last June, we have had success with FTSE100 companised. By the end of 2016, we will be highly visible and relevant. We are ahead of the game.

What we do:

We see that job-sharing is the only way to combine challenging roles and an ambitious career trajectory, with reduced hours. It addresses the attrition of women from senior roles which employers have so far been unable to address.

We bring candidates together and help them form high-performing job share pairs who can then undertake any full time role. And then we connect them with enlightened employers.
