About the event
Hi!
We are couple of nerdy professionals who met at a video game convention. We wanted to utilize our backgrounds in media, marketing, and public relations to work with some amazing sponsors in hopes of throwing the most amazing event of 2016! Although our wedding is mostly funded, we want to share our day with some phenomenal sponsors who would be interested in exchanging wedding products or funding in exchange for advertorial space on my blog, which gets 80,000 visitors a month. We have over 7,500 loyal subscribers, and over 250 people will be attending our wedding. This means your brand will be exposed to nearly 90,000 people initially, and tons more afterwards!
For our sponsors:
We are willing to put your company information on the backs of our programs, in our favor bags, and on invites, as well as an advertisement for you in our slideshow! I will be hashtagging my way through our honeymoon, promoting those who sponsor us on all popular social media sites, and my blog. I will also offer ad space on everything from my dress to our cake! This is an amazing advertising opportunity, as the wedding industry is a multi billion dollar business and tons of people will see your brand.
I also offer PR work in exchange for sponsorship, whether it be promoting your brand by helping you get your name out there for thousands to see. We are hoping for service donations, and product donations such as stationery, catering, makeup, hairdressing, favors, venue, hotel, honeymoon, limo ride, catering, floral, decor, planning, photography, videography, and so much more! For a $500 donation, or $500 in services donation, not only will you get to dance with the bride or groom to a song of your choice, but we will also include a personal thank you speech at the end of the wedding, as well as write an advertorial on your company, place your company information in our favor bags, in our slideshow, and mention your company on our invitations and programs!

For a $1,000 donation of cash or services, you will receive a thank you in our reception speech, a personalized thank you photo of us holding a sign thanking your business, permission to use and share our wedding photos on your sites, as well as as three advertorial articles on our blog (in three months donation free ad space for a year, weekly promotion via social media from the bride for six months, and your company information in favor bags, on the backs of invitations, and backs of wedding programs.
