This Bridal Lifestyle Retreat focuses on assisting and instructing brides on how to maintain mindfulness of themselves during the wedding planning process. It's so very easy for brides to become overwhelmed and frustrated as they plan their weddings. Most brides rely on themselves, friends, family and even planners to help them maintain structure, and are oft times unsuccessful. This retreat is designed to show brides how to identify and properly delegate responsibilities to those with whom she will share her big day with the bonus of some well deserved R&R and 'me time'. It is a time to get or get back on track and rejeuvenate as she travels the road from 'Yes' to 'I Do' in a J.Cheree Bridal Lifestyle fashion...as stress'less' as possible as well as it's a moment to make a lasting memory along the way. Included are breakout sessions, relaxation sessions and a bit of fun. Pack your bags, a notebook and a bikini because they'll be needed.

I am a Bridal Lifestyle Specialist, with over 15 years in the Bridal Industry, having dressed brides and their attendants from head to toe. With a concentrated focus on coaching brides in their lifestyle as they travel from 'Yes' to 'I Do',  I help them become more organized, delegates responsibilities to their attendants and others who have a hand in the wedding preparation process, and ensures a stress'less' journey from beginning to end. Frustrated with and stressed by the hassles of bridesmaids prep, I became determined to figure out a less painstaking way to get the attendants attire and accessories and keep the bride at ease, while having an amazing time in the process.  With a strong passion for formal fashion styling and an even greater passion for luxe activities, it was clear that a wedding consultant, for both fashion and the bride's personal well being, was in order.  Due to my immense ambitions, I combined my desire and talents and currently provide luxury bridal services, style fabulous bridal fashions,  plan posh personal services, and offer amazing wedding consulting, thus creating a company that is one of a kind... J. Cheree Bridal.
