Hello Ma'am/Sir,

Through this email, we, the IPUMUN 2016 team, wish to introduce you to our small but powerful world and hope you can join hands with us.

Indraprastha University MUN is a platform like no other which not only is home to the best class of MUNers all over India, but it is also the platform for the new, fresh talent. In the four years of its existence, IPUMUN has become one of the best conferences in Delhi/NCR. We have set the bar high by delivering the best quality of MUN conferences with exquisite venues like JNU, NDMC Convention Center, leading global worries and coming up with the best set of resolution to be sent to the United Nations itself.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is now ready to host its fourth edition of the Model United Nations Conference 2016, bigger and better than ever! IPU MUN 2016 is being organised by a team of experienced collegians and in collaboration with the United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan.

While going through your corporation’s website, it appealed to us and we think that a collaboration with you would benefit us both and make this conference a huge success. With this we officially propose to you to join hands with the stalwarts of this University and we are ready to provide you with widest possible publicity of your brand in various ways.

WHY IPUMUN?

1. It is being organized in the heart of Delhi (Connaught Place, NDMC Convention Centre).

2. We get the best people at one place who are capable of creating an influence on their peers so that you can make an impact and business worth 2 Lakh, easily.

3. The footfall is approximately 700 and unlike a fest, the attendees notice the things around.

4. Our online reach extends to around 25000 before the conference and approximately 35000 just after the conference. We promise the coverage, before and just after.
