Growing up Gen Z, we were constantly told that there was only one path to success: get the grades, land the corporate job, and climb the ladder. But what if we don’t see ourselves in suits behind a desk? What if we dream bigger, wider, and beyond the traditional 9–5?

Opportunities to explore alternative paths whether in business, content creation, entrepreneurship, or community leadership, are rare. For many of us, especially those from underrepresented communities, there aren’t enough spaces that tell us: you can make it out without going corporate.

That’s why we created Investate Careers & Business, an interactive Gen Z networking event designed to flip the script. It’s more than just a career fair; it’s a space where future CEOs, creatives, changemakers, and side-hustlers meet, build, and grow.

I’m a 17-year-old property and youth entrepreneur passionate about creating real, lasting change for my generation. As the co-founder of Investate and an emerging figure in the property space, I’m committed to breaking the mould of what success looks like for Gen Z. Society often tells us that the only way to “make it out” is through traditional corporate routes — but I’m here to challenge that. Through Investate, I create spaces and events that connect young people to real opportunities in business, property, and entrepreneurship. I’m building a legacy rooted in access, ambition, and empowerment; proving that age is never a barrier to ownership, impact, or success.
