About the event

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are an international team of 6 first-year students from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Campus Brussels, studying Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics & Business.

Our university tasked us to organize a charity event in order to boost our management skills.

Our objective is to create an event to raise funds and donate all profits to the organization called “Serve the City Brussels” (http://www.servethecity.be/brussels/) which supports people in need, such as children, the homeless and the disabled.

We plan on hosting a fun field day for students from international elementary schools in Belgium (from 5^th to 6^th grade) in the month of March. 

In order to attract participants, we are contacting numerous elementary schools since we would very much like to highlight the significance of charity work in the institutional level. By doing so, we enable the children to consider (taking part in an event) to be a responsibility of any student, and also we get to generate a sort of awareness for the school to be more involved in such events.

To carry out these plans, however, we are going to need to cover all the costs related to the event through a certain degree of financial aid, or a sponsorship. As we forecast costs of venue, furniture, food, and beverages, we have come to the conclusion that your organization is an ideal fit to our demands.

We would be very grateful if your company could support us in this project.

Whether your support is through the means of financing, or product supply, we offer various forms of compensation. We could design t-shirts, exclusive for the event, with your logo, alongside that of the charity, printed on the back. Or, we could also promote your brand by printing the logo on the flyers that would be distributed to the potential participants. You could receive visibility through advertising, posting on social media, banners or stands at the event. Your business could increase!

Also, your participation in this event would demonstrate your company’s high regard for social values.
