Good morning Sir/Madam
I am Tracy-Ann Smith a 23 years old female from Clarendon, Jamaica. As a young valuable member of our community, we would like to invite you to be a part of our June 7, 2014 celebration of “Intense Jungle Sensation.” During the day of the event, we will have Food and Refreshments on Sale. We have also started giving out Fish Fry tickets for our event. The main purpose of the event is to help my fellow teenagers like myself motivate the younger generation and others.
The celebration will include “A day and Night affair.” We are looking for local businesses and organizations to help us make this event truly special for our community. As a young entrepreneur in the community, your involvement would help highlight the importance of recognizing “willing unemployed teenagers” for all that they do and supporting their work from the community level all the way to the national level.
I hope that you are interested in joining our effort to show our respect, admiration, and support for the future generation. Simple events like this can provide just the encouragement an unemployed person needs to continue to keep our community healthy, and can show our national leaders how important the contributions of you our sponsor made.
