Our Dallas event will feature makeovers, styling, browsing tents from local businesses, swimming in the pool, and tons of photography! Guests can meet with brand owners to collaborate on projects, take professional photos wearing items from sponsors, and network by the pool.
We are excited to announce that we'll be throwing a classy event on July 9, 2016 for many bloggers and other influencers, such as TV personalities and Youtube stars. The event is free and invitation-only. All attendees are experts at their craft, whether it's blogging, fashion, beauty, or bringing brands exposure. Our attendees can reach approximately 100 million viewers on platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, and many others. RSVP forms show that so far around 85% of attendees are from Dallas, but some are also coming from Houston, Austin, and around the USA. The forms show us many statistics such as the influencers' niches, locations, social media profiles, and other specifics.
Our influencers will feel like royalty from the time they enter the venue until the time that they leave. We will have many dressing areas, photo stations, activities, and Snapchat geofilters to make the event as fun and photogenic as possible. All attendees will come together to take a group photo while wearing their t-shirts and holding tote gift bags with sponsors' logos on them. You'll have the opportunity to photograph the influencers with your products, shoot a commercial or campaign, interview them for collaborations, build brand loyalty, and much more. All sponsors are welcome to invite up to 2 additional influencers that are not on our list, as long as they RSVP. Our security team will ensure that nobody without an invitation will be allowed into the venue, for safety purposes.
Set-up begins the afternoon of July 8. You can put up your tent, hang posters, set up photo stations, and much more. The 8 hour event will take place at a luxurious mansion on July 9. There will be many parking spaces available for attendees and sponsors. We will have many photographers at the event filming and taking photos. All sponsors will have easy access to every photo that our team takes at the event, and we will encourage all attendees to send us their photos as well. The event will take place indoors and outdoors. There is a pool area, barn, bridge over water, and much more on 5 acres of land. If you would like to sponsor our event but are not able to attend, there are still many sponsorship opportunities available.
This event is different from any other influencer event in history. While most blogger events are conferences or brunches, The Influencers Association Dallas will be photography, collaboration, and presentation. Influencers will strictly wear makeup, clothing, and accessories from sponsors, as well as eat, drink, and use sponsored items. We are strong believers in supporting businesses, whether they're small, growing, or huge already. We're committed to bringing all sponsors outstanding results, which will be measured by posts, tags, hashtags, and sales. Our video review will show every sponsor and there will be many photos trending all over social media platforms. We encourage attendees to post with giveaways and competitions, for example, "Post the Best Instagram Photo to Win $500 for Yourself and $500 for a Charity of Your Choice". Our event will bring the ultimate brand exposure and all sponsors will have the rights to use any photos and video footage taken at the event.
