IGNITE Her Conference 2022 welcomes you to the tropical island of Saint Lucia during June 03-05, 2022.  Come meet with a diverse group of high-achieving females, corporate executives, professionals, and emerging entrepreneurs as they come together to experience restoration, inspiration, growth and get their flames ignited so that they can live a life they love!

This luxurious event is designed to allow attendees the opportunity to prioritize their needs for once. Break free from the norms of juggling career, business, family + home responsibilities and, enjoy a weekend getaway to nourish their souls and ignite their fire to go after their BIG dreams. ​

The initiative is focused on the success of professional women and emerging entrepreneurs as it relates to self-development, business resources, and opportunities. Attendees will learn about business mindset and strategy, money, tools for success, and physical and spiritual well-being from a 360-degree lens. They will spend time nurturing their mind and spirit through various workshops, keynotes, panels, intimate small group sessions, and private events over the course of 2 ½ days.  Creative, nontraditional elements such as a themed party that begins with meditation and higher-self vision-casting have also been incorporated along with a mini Awards Presentation where we'll award a grant to one or more women in business.

An event of this nature and magnitude is unprecedented in the small island of Saint Lucia. This sponsorship further allows for the advancement of women and supports unity amongst women entrepreneurs.  We are passionate about empowering women to contribute to economic sustainability and building a community that transcends class, race, culture, and background where women can support each other, provide accountability, collaborate, and improve our entrepreneurial experience.  Although this is officially our first event of this caliber, this is just the beginning. We plan to continue curating IGNITE Her Conferences annually across different Caribbean countries.

Aretha Auguste

Aretha Auguste is the Founder and CEO of You’re Amazing Consulting, LLC & You’re Amazing Academy where we focus on helping women break the paradigm of being a public success but a private failure.

Aretha is a wife and mom of two. She is on a mission to empower women to live life on their terms; pursuing their dreams and going after everything God purposed for them.

As a former banker who made the leap to live life on her terms after two decades in corporate, Aretha understands that living a purposeful and fulfilling life beyond professional career aspirations require more than just the standard networking engagements. Knowing this, she curated the initiative IGNITE Her Conference. The event creates social and economic impact by facilitating a collaborative ecosystem of corporate executives, business leaders and entrepreneurs. Attendees from the United States and all over the Caribbean are expected to participate in the event.

She is also committed to building a community where women support women and are each other’s biggest cheerleaders!
