WHAT IS MUN?

The United Nations is an international organization founded in the year 1945. it is currently made up of 193 sovereign countries. The mission and the work of the UN are guided by the purposes and principles continued in the founding chapter. The organs of the UN are: the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic & Social Council, the International Court of Justice and the Union Secretarial.

The organs were established in the year 1945, when the UN was Founding Model United Nations, commonly known by its abbreviation MUN. MUN is an educational stimulation and an academic stimulation where participants can learn more about diplomacy, negotiations, international relations and learn how various organs of the United Nations function.
