HYPE MIC Benefit Tour for Breast Cancer Awareness

My name is Shantice Cheatham and I am CEO of Hype Mic Artist Development Agency. I would like to request sponsorship for my orginization to give back to the victims and survivors of breast cancer. My agency would like to give back to those women who are fighting for their faith, their womanhood, and most importantly their lives. We have organized a 3 State 8 City tour to raise money for breast cancer awareness. We will be donating all proceeds to the Susan G Komen foundation for Breast Cancer.
So far we have raised $500. To make this fundraising event a sucess. We need your help with transportation, gas, or sound equipment to put on a great show. We will have a Celebrity guests to come and support with guest apperances to some of our shows to promote in some of the cities to bring out supporters. We will be selecting all genes of musicans to diversify our audience. We ask that you please review this request and donate anything that you or company think we may need, from transportation,hotel accommodations ,to media coverage. Anything will help.
Your Compensation
Other than a fact that you are supporting a great cause, as a token of our appreciation we will promote your buissness, brand, or company in each of the States and Cities that we travel to. Flyers, Banners, T-shirts or logos. Anything you want us to promote we will do the day of the show and for the remainder of the tour. Members of our staff will also provide social networking media to promote your brand as well.
