About the event

Come help raise money for hurricane disaster relief in Dominica and Antigua!

• The tournament will be held on November 4th 
• 8:00am Shotgun Start. 
• There will be food and drinks and lots of fun.

All Donations and proceeds will be donated to the organization Food for the Poor, INC. 

Food For The Poor is one of the largest international relief and development organizations in the United States.

Their work is motivated by their faith in God, spreading His unconditional love, regardless of race, wealth, or creed as we minister to the poorest of the poor in 17 countries throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. 

By providing lifesaving food, secure housing, clean water, healthcare, emergency relief, micro-enterprise projects and education opportunities, they give the poor a chance at a better future, and showing them God’s love.

Food for the Poor is using everyone's donor dollars right now to provide shelter, food, comfort and emergency support for individuals and families affected by the hurricanes in the Caribbean. And their work is just beginning they will use financial donations to help people recover and get back on their feet in the challenging weeks and months ahead.

Hello my name is Derek Welch, I am a father of 3 kids, 2 in university, and one in highschool. I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago. I am Catholic and after seeing what devastation the hurricanes brought to the Caribbean I decided i wanted to help in any way i could. So i started talking to people and came up with the idea to throw a golf tournament. 100% of the proceeds will go towards hurricane relief with Food for the Poor.
