Houston's Annual Halloween Ball by the Houston Pop Culture Expo is themed each year and includes celebrity appearances. This October 2016 HouPop will have cast members from the wildly popular movie Hocus Pocus. So join us for the 2016 #HouPop Hocus Pocus Halloween Ball.
