Holographics Summer Fest 2014,

About the event

Holographics.TV is an entertainment website where content creators from all around the world, provide their content from different well known content creators .
We feature 3 main categories on our site; Music, Videos and Games.

Holographics.TV has all the features a social network need to give the user a great experience, for example, we have a a fully customisable profile for our users, comment system, content rating, bookmark system, and much more… This allows our users to have a unique experience for each user based on their preferences.

We are planning a worldwide event tour to promote our services and our website and create a user database that uses Holographics.TV on a daily basis.

To do this, I am writing this message requesting your participation in our event "Holographics Summer Fest 2014.”

Our event has different areas to benefit our sponsors, with an estimated capacity of about 5000 people in an 5000 - 6000 m2 area.

· Zone #1: Human Slingshot: This area will feature a 50-60 meters height crane for our Bungee Jump activity, this activity will create a very fun human slingshot effect.

· Zone #2: Stage with 2 big screens where we will be featuring the Holographics.TV content and we will have a non-stop performance by our guest DJ’s and we will also have dancing crew contest. We will have entertainment staff at all times and there will be a Speaker to organize competitions and activities with the public through the 2 screens and online social networks.

· Zone #3: Food and Beverage. This zone will be divided in 2 different areas;
A bar area which will have grilled food and drinks.
And we will also have a Chill-Out area, which will offer our public a great place to chill and relax, this area will have a cocktail service (Gin-Tonics)

· Zone #4: Promotional stands for our sponsors, which will feature custom tents to promote our sponsors and their products.

· Zone #5: This zone is located at the event entrance. In this area we will have a Photocall with out website logo and the logos from our sponsors. We will take photos of the public and we will post them on our social media sites and on our website, after that we will encourage people to view these pictures online.
