This event will be a Holiday Movie marathon to raise funds for Childhood Cancer Canada (CCC). CCC is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to funding for cancer research and improving the lives of children with cancer. Our target audience is very diverse since the movies will be PG-13. This platinum package is for an organization who is willing to cover nearly all of our expenses (exception of food costs). With this $1500 package we could avoid the cost of buying the venue. The venue is priced at $1150 + HST Tax. The money will also help purchase a license and rent out 1-2 movies for the night. We will hand out flyers, incorporate your logo in all our designs, flyers and promotions (online and on paper) and screen advertisements (if any) during the event. We will also make sure to consistently address your company during any opening or closing remarks.

However, there are many costs we need to take care of to host this event including venue costs, food & refreshments, promotion and movie rentals. This is why, as a non-profit, we need your help. We will be deeply grateful if you could make donations to our cause and we will do our best to promote your company at our event. We will also make sure to consistently address your company during any opening or closing remarks. With this $500 package we could greatly reduce the cost of buying the venue. The venue is priced at $1150 + HST Tax

We will be needing a rental pop-corn machine for 1 night. Usual prices for pop corn machines range from $100-200. Using any additional funding we will be able to cook/bake food as well as buy refreshments and snacks. In return for your funding we will ensure that your logo will be on all our flyers and promotion schemes, and we would be willing to screen any advertisements of yours during the event.
