About the event

Our Holiday Extravaganza is a community event that will raise money for our Tuition Waiver for Youth program. The Tuition Waiver for Youth program exists in our studio as an option for students to explore creative arts and sciences, even if their family is unable to pay for these types of classes and services. We believe that students should participate in activities that challenge them to create - we do not allow a family's financial status to take away from a student's ability to join our community of creators. 
At our Holiday Extravaganza, we aim to bring traditions from around the world to our small community to offer a fun, family event that teaches us about other cultures and traditions. This event will invite our friends and neighbors to join us for movies, food, crafts, and music - some will be familiar and some will be new. This will give our students a chance to celebrate community and diversity - to celebrate their own traditions and see a glimpse of how people around the world celebrate holidays too! 
Furthermore, the Holiday Extravaganza will also host our Winter Recital - wherein our amazing students will perform for their friends and neighbors and welcome them to our studio with holiday themed presentations. 
The concessions at this event will fund our Tuition Waiver for Youth program, and sponsors who support our food and decoration costs will be prominently featured and publicly appreciated throughout the entirety of our festivities. 

Why should you sponsor?

This event supports students in a high poverty town - students who may otherwise be unable to participate in activities are being encouraged to join us without financial worry. We offer low prices and a Tuition Waiver for Youth program which we believe makes a difference in these students' lives. We want them to feel empowered, encouraged, and inspired throughout their lives. By supporting a student's creative growth, we believe we are giving them a lifelong opportunity to find creative solutions to problems and the inspiration they need to follow their dreams.

I am a small town business owner who wants to change lives in my community by inspiring youth - I believe in the power of community and the effect that a small contribution can make. After moving from a small town of 5,000 to a city of 80,000, I thought I would lose my sense of community. I now believe that I bring community with me wherever I go. With some creativity and hard work, we can bring together a community of people that believe in each other and support children involvement and development.
