What are the first images that come into your mind when you think of the words 'power' and 'influence'?

We're willing to bet you're thinking images of someone wielding their power over someone else, perhaps someone throwing their weight around, making everyone around them feel small and insignificant.  They tend to be very masculine, dominating images...not generally images that sit comfortably with women.

So, instead of exploring how to be powerful in a way that blends a woman’s closest values seamlessly with her unique personality, she tends to push it away.  Often giving her power away without even realising it.
