About the event
Through our summer program we hope to offer 200 children the opportunity to realize their dream “FREE”, in our simulated mini version of the real world. From job interviews, to writing resumes, to making presentations, to having their business funded, and hiring employees all during our full summer program. Children are mentored through the melee of what we working parents do every day. Program participants receive funny money as they make a living, they learn how to live on a budget and pay bills and make decisions just like their parents but in a simulated version of our world. Children are also taught stock investing and positive solutions in dealing with bullies.
This summer, we will have the pleasure of hosting 200 children ages 7-17 for our 10-week Stand-up Against Violence Everyone (S.A.V.E.) Columbia’s Children’s summer camp program. During this summer experience, each child will have an opportunity to realize their dream and engage in educational curriculum (English/Math), Self Defense, How to deal with Bullies, Dance, Fitness and an opportunity to build lasting friendships; all while having fun. Our goal is to deliver a high quality program at a cost that keeps each family’s financial burdens at a minimum.

Becoming a sponsor will keep the good work going. You will help dissuade children from social vices and equip them with adequate training to protect them from Violence. Your contribution will assist us to provide support to children and help them develop their full potential.

Our mission is to provide quality leadership and mentoring programs through martial arts, summer camps, educational courses (Mathematics and English Language), leadership training programs, and spiritual guidance for children in Columbia.
After 11 years of meritorious and dedicated service to child development, KICK CRIME AGAINST CHILDREN was rebranded to Help Stand-Up Against Violence Everyone (S.A.V.E.) Columbia in June 2015. With this, we have been able to offer better, bigger and broader range of services to the children.

While in camp, the children will adopt a professional dress code and also require special costume for martial art and the self-defense classes. We request sponsorship for the clothing and special costume. We are planning to have 10 groups of 20 children each. Each group will have a different T-shirt color and we hope to provide each child with 3 T-shirts throughout the stay in camp.
