Hapi Festival,

About the event

The brand new family friendly music festival, to be held in Gosport from the 8th September until the 10th September.

Three days of nostalgic acts and local talent mixed with fairground rides, attractions and a wide variety of food and drink, the hapi festival is sure to bring a smile to all members of the family.

The Hapi Festival is a local festival, run by local people, with one ambition; to bring something back to the local community.

We aim to attract an estimated 3,000 people a day, over three days.

Supported by local businesses, we want to turn The Hapi Festival into an annual event, promoting Gosport and bringing local paople together to enjoy the best that Gosport has to offer.

Our official charity partner for 2017 are the Falklands Veterans foundation.

The foundation was founded in 2002 and was the first uk based charity for Falklands Veterans and their immediate families. The FVF is committed to providing a network of support and direction to those in need.

Steve Lang

My name is Steve Lang, I have lived in Gosport for my entire life. It offered me a great sense of pride to be able to give something back to the area. As there is currently no other music festivals in the local area, we thought it was about time we had our own. 

I am a director for my own company which has been operating for three years now, offering business consel and advice along with personal services, with gross profit of approxiomately £35,000 per annum. My number one aim is to give Gosport the Music Festival it deserves.
