About the event

Hack On Hills is the third edition of student held annual hackathon organized by App Team NITH at National Institute of Technology Hamirpur campus. This is a 32 hour hackathon where we aim to provide an opportunity to 250+ students from all over India to come together and to build something cool and innovative. Hack On Hills is all about promoting open source development and expanding coding culture in our country. 

Why should you sponsor?

With the aim to bring young developers from all around India to the beautiful hills of the Northern India and give them a platform to turns their ideas into reality, App Team NIT Hamirpur presents "Hack on Hills". We wish to take our college-level hackathon to the national scale, allowing a bigger exposure to the participants and a great place for them to learn and share. Hack on Hills is a 32 hours hackathon to be held from 24 March to 25 March. You, as a sponsor, will have an opportunity to meet 250+ talented students from all across the country. Further, you will also be able to promote yourself to these young minds and get their feedback instantaneously. Together, we can make Hack on Hills a stage for innovative ideas to turn into reality.

Sukhbir Singh

My name is Sukhbir Singh. I am currently studying Computer science at National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, India. I am an open source enthusiastic. I am an active member of AppTeam NITH, the android development society of my college. In AppTeam, we as a team develop android applications for technical (Nimbus) and cultural (Hillffair) festivals and other events of the college. I am currently one of the organizer of the Annual Hackathon "HackOnHills" by AppTeam NITH.
