Green Light Go,

About the event

Green Light Go is an event that brings awareness to sexual assault on university campuses. The goal of Green Light Go is to try and deviate away from this behavior and promote the idea of consent amongst college students. Participants play in a glorified game of Red Light, Green Light. We add the Yellow Light to exhibit the idea of consent. Partners must ask each other to move on when we shout out yellow light.

Why should you sponsor?

Your organization will be exposed to close to a thousand people at our event on campus. The fact that your organization supports the idea of sexual consent on university campuses will boost your reputation and show your organization cares about its community.

Drew Jacovsky

My name is Drew Jacovsky and I am the Philanthropy Chair for Zeta Beta Tau Nu Chapter at The Ohio State University. This event is near and dear to my heart as I know people who have experienced sexual assault on my own campus. I want to be the impetus for change here at The Ohio State University, where students are aware that asking for consent is the correct way to go about a sexual encounter. Many people suffer big consequences when consent isn't validated. I hope this event can reignite the conversation on consent and hopefully prevent people from committing acts of sexual violence in the future.
