About the event
The festival will provide a series of clinics in which each ensemble will get 45 minutes with a Guest Artist clinician. In addition to clinics, the GLSF guest artists will provide several workshops and presentations. Each artist will give a 50 minute interactive workspace. In order to expose students to professional level performances, there will be an evening concert to conclude the day. The concert will take place on Saturday night from 8:00-9:30 and will feature the guest artists, each band, and the mass band which consists of all participants performing on stage together to open and close the concert
