About the event
The God's G.I.R.L.S (Gifted Individuals Realizing and Loving Self) are P.E.A.R.L.s (Precious Elegant and Righteous Ladies) is a one day youth to teenage girl's conference that will be located and sponsored by New Life Church, a non-profit entity in Old Hickory, TN. This event will host young girls and young women in the community from ages 3-18 focusing on topics of etiquette, safety and words of your mouth (positive speaking).Each session will be tailored for the different age groups. Ages 3-5, 6-8, 9-11 and 12-18.
Etiquette will include; table manners, setting a table, saying please and thank you. Eating out etiquette and date etiquette(how you should be treated).
Safety will include - teaching ages 3-11 when to ask for help and who to contact. We will discuss some of the danger signs facing our children today bullying, abuse and answer any safety questions they might have, For the older age groups we will also be discussing bullying, but also domestic violence and rape. With a special guest speaker sharing her personal story.
Lastly, the Words of your Mouth. Here we want each girl to learn to speak positive about themselves and others. We will do an activity of making our own lip gloss to remind us that each time we put this on our lips to remember to speak kind words.
The event needs sponsors to help us purchase t-shirts with the conference name on them. To provide items for the goodie bags, (pencils, pens, note pads, items also for smaller children, preferably in the colors of pink and gold). To help us purchase eating utensils, tablecloths and items needed to use the facility. Lastly, to help provide items for crafts to help about 60 girls realize whose they are!Why should you sponsor?

As a sponsor submit your company materials to be passed out in folders that will be given to parents at end of our event. Materials can include, pamphlets, flyers, pencils, pens, key chains, etc. Please be sure to donate at least 100 items, so that we can have enough to give to each parent. Proce listed is per 100 items. Please note all donations are tax deductible.

As a sponsor have your company logo added to our flyer that will be issued out to the community to recruit our under-served young to teenage girls in the Old Hickory, TN and surrounding area. Also any marketing materials from your company will be on display at the event and can be made available to parents. Please note all donations are tax deductible.
