“G.I.F. è il primo festival di Improvvisazione Teatrale itinerante e “site specific” di Roma.

Tre giorni di eventi, laboratori e spettacoli teatrali completamente improvvisati.

G.I.F è un’idea, un nuovo modo,solidale, aperto e collaborativo , di vivere e riappropriarsi del territorio attraverso l’arte.

Un teatro immersivo, estemporaneo e libero, che torna ad essere al servizio della città e della collettività.

Tre giorni di eventi, laboratori e spettacoli teatrali completamente improvvisati.

In questa seconda edizione, ad un anno dal centenario della nascita di Garbatella, G.I.F. cresce con il desiderio di valorizzare ed esaltare le caratteristiche urbanistiche e architettoniche dei luoghi e dei percorsi dello storico e affascinate quartiere.

Le piazze, le vie, le corti dei palazzi storici, gli scorci del quartiere, saranno le
scenografie naturali del G.I.F. e degli spettacoli creati sul momento, senza ulteriori elementi scenografici o palchi.
Ogni spettacolo sarà adattato per valorizzare il luogo in cui viene svolto, proprio a sottolineare il richiamo dell’arte per la città, dove sta per accadere qualcosa di unico ed irripetibile: uno spettacolo di improvvisazione teatrale.

"G.I.F. is the first itinerant and site specific theater improvisation festival in Rome.

Three days of completely improvised events, workshops and theatrical performances.

G.I.F is an idea, a new, supportive, open and collaborative way of living and regaining possession of the territory through art.

An immersive, extemporaneous and free open-air theater, which returns to be at the service of the city and the community.

In this second edition, a year after the centenary of the birth of Garbatella, G.I.F. grows with the desire to enhance and enhance the urban and architectural characteristics of the places and paths of the historic and fascinating neighborhood.

The squares, the streets, the courtyards of the historic buildings, the glimpses of the neighborhood, will be the natural scenographies of the G.I.F. and shows created on the spot, without additional scenographic elements or stages.
Each show will be adapted to enhance the place where it is held, precisely to underline the appeal of art to the city, where something unique and unrepeatable is about to happen: a theatrical improvisation show.

Sono tempi difficili e anche l’arte e il teatro stanno vivendo enormi difficoltà, noi stiamo cercando di fare qualcosa per far sopravvivere ciò che ci sta a cuore.

Luca Bovenzi

I'm Luca Bovenzi, an informatic technician used-to-be, now passionate actor and art lover.

Theater and art first became a passion, then they took over my whole life. That's why, in a period like this that we are all experiencing, in which the world of entertainment is left aside, stuck in nothing, I have decided to do something to help, preserve and keep alive what has given so much to my life, and to many others too.

The Gif Festival, organized by my association, Manallarte, is the realization of a double dream: giving life to something artistical and socially useful, in the place I love the most, Garbatella neighborhood.

This is my, our, dream. But to become true, we need your help.
Anything will make the difference, so please be part of this difference.

Sono Luca Bovenzi, ex tecnico informatico, ora attore appassionato e amante dell'arte.
Il teatro e l'arte sono diventati prima una passione, poi hanno preso il sopravvento su tutta la mia vita. Ecco perché, in un periodo come questo che stiamo vivendo tutti, in cui il mondo dello spettacolo è lasciato da parte, bloccato nel nulla, ho deciso di fare qualcosa per aiutare, preservare e mantenere vivo ciò che tanto ha dato alla mia vita, e anche a molti altri.

Il Gif Festival, organizzato dalla mia associazione, Manallarte, è la realizzazione di un doppio sogno: dare vita a qualcosa di artisticamente e socialmente utile, nel luogo che amo di più, il quartiere Garbatella.

Questo è il mio, il nostro, sogno. Ma per diventare realtà, abbiamo bisogno del tuo aiuto.
