This event will benefit the homeless teens living at The Inn Between of Longmont in our Student Incentive Program (SIP). This program provides 100% free housing to homeless youth while they attend full-time school.
During this event there will be Bronco’s Cheerleaders, the Avalanche’s Mascot, local nonprofits and community businesses, food, drinks and more. Including demo classes held by Zumba, Insanity, Gold’s Gym and other local athletic groups.
Your partnership will assist us in our ability to serve the 7 homeless youth currently living at The Inn and serve 12 continuously throughout the year. It costs the organization $1,008.00 per month to provide housing, case management, food and life-skills training to these students.
The Inn Between of Longmont is a Self-Sufficiency Program that provides safe, affordable housing, comprehensive case management and in-house life-skills training to build skills that enhance the quality of life. The overall goal is for families, youth and individuals to transition from being homeless and work toward a self-sufficient living. The majority (68%) of the Inn Between residents will transition back into the community with the acquired skills to live independently.
