An immersive night of personal growth powered by sensory experiences.

The book will be brought to life through 5 experiential stations designed to help attendees get in touch with their body and sensory systems. Our goal is to bring like minded people together who are passionate about investing in themselves and connecting with others, share a powerful new book, and provide hand selected intentional merchandise, drinks, light bites, live music to better our community. All of this happening at the newest event space on the Westside, Neyborly, from 7-10p.

Essential Oils for Alignment: Awaken your mind, open your heart and bring peace to your soul with activities encompassing natural essential oils, with the process being facilitated by Energy Haus founder, Sara WongVisual Experiences: Immerse yourself in a room of Play where bubbles and lights will stimulate Wonder and imagination

InTouch Lounge: Revive your body through bringing awareness to your whole self. A simple approach to physical touch and sensations.
Veteran Mental Health: With 11/11 being Veterans Day, paired with all the book’s personal development characteristics, we are partnering with a non-profit organization supporting wellness of mental health among Veterans suffering from PTSD. Through the partnership, Bethany will be donating a portion of her proceeds to support their cause.
