About the event
A Gem, Mineral, Arts, and Related Crafts Show. This will be for vending and educational purposes.
There will be Crystals, Gemstones, Jewelry, Crafts related to the show, Artists featuring nature and
animals, one vendor who is an artist has a Non Profit Farm to sell their wares and teach others
about their farm. One Charity I am aiming to be present as well.I am also aiming for the Geology Students of UGA to be included for educational purposes.
Why should you sponsor?
Other than being a lover of rocks and nature, it's about bringing the community together, local vendors and consumers in a local place.
The Gardens are a beautiful place to be and it's the perfect setting for a show.
I am also bringing in a non-profit farm and a charity to help children. Both can show forms if need be.
Sammantha AusMy name is Sammantha.
Aside from having my own online business and why I want to do an event, I am married, have a cat kid, and my family has always been in business with rocks and crystals.
My family used to own the Arrowhead Crystal Mine in Mt Ida Arkansas for 15+ years and from that time, my mom and I sold quartz crystals to over 1400 new ages shops all over the east coast, it helped with rent and food mainly, but it was a great experience, due to the traveling, I was homeschooled. For my business, I was inspired by my brother to have one, he does really well and has done so much to get as far as he has.
We love rocks and shopping local. We have to help our communites I think and I think shopping local gives them the best chance at things we can't get at a retailer.
We moved to Athens GA from the mountains of NC for a fresh start, Athens is a great place and I would love to see it grow. I feel like I could really help the community.
Other than that, I am an artist and photographer. I enjoy making new things and exploring new areas!
