About the event
GEM Fest at GITAM University is the oldest and most highly-anticipated event that provides a platform for the talented students of the college to showcase their abilities and celebrate their achievements. This two-day extravaganza, to be held on March 9th and 10th of 2023, is organized by the management students of the university and promises to be a memorable experience for all attendees.
The festival will feature a wide range of games and other forms of entertainment, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. From music and dance performances to exciting competitions, the event is sure to keep the participants engaged and entertained throughout. Additionally, the presence of celebrities will add a touch of glamour to the festival and provide a unique opportunity for the students to interact with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
GEM Fest is not just an opportunity for attendees to have fun, but it also brings the college community together in a spirit of celebration and unity. It provides a chance for students and organizations/companies to connect with one another and create memories that will last a lifetime. Meghana VedulaMy name is Meghana Vedula and I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in BBA-MA (Management accounting) with my graduating year being 2025. I hold the role of Finance Manager for Sponsorships.
This requires me to have a deep understanding of the goals and objectives of each project and the target audience they aim to reach. With this information, I can then create compelling proposals that showcase the benefits of sponsorship to potential partners.
I am also responsible for tracking the success of each sponsorship and providing regular reports to my team and sponsors. This helps me to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our sponsors are getting the most value from their investment.
I am passionate about helping events and programs succeed, and I take great pride in playing a key role in securing the funding and support they need to thrive.
