About the event
My name is emanuel manwaring I founded a group/organization that gives back to the community through the love of video games. How it works is we have a video game tournaments all entrants donate 10 food items to participate and donate additional items for tickets for the raffle prizes. At the end of the tournament all the food is donated to our local food pantries to help those in need so they don't go without. We had our first event decemeber 6th 2015 with a big turn out over 2000 food items was donated. I plan to have the event twice a year the next is march 20th 2016. I'm seeking your help with raffle prizes, drinks and food for the participants and volunteers roughly 120 or more. In return we will post your logos on all flyers facebook page and our website. All help big or small is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
