Gala de Fin d'année,

About the event

This Gala will be a major event for the students because it's the first one as big as this. It will all be organised around the Orsars as theme (formal clothes etc...) We want for the students to have an incredible night and we are doing everything we can for it to be remebered. 

We are looking for partnership with compagnies to help us oon various things :

• Mainly for the alchool/softs for the bar
• -Some awards for the students, as the theme is the oscars (medals, prizes etc...).
•  Gift cards as gifts for the awarded students. 
• Some source of funding
• Eventually desserts (like pastries)

The Gala will happen on may the 13 (2023) from 19h to 04h. It will take place in a huge building with a secure parking and cloakroom in Villiers en Bières. The students will arrives in busses or with their own car. We already have a DJ to set the mood, a caterer for the salty food and a photographer for the studio photo so that this night will not be forgotten !

Why should you sponsor?

If you decide to support our event, we will make sure that you will be known by everyone in the university. We well do a great job by tag you on our social networks and make you some publicity.

If it's okay with you we can also make partnership for long terms such as discounts or go throught your compagnie for every event that we will make.

It will mainly depends of you, you're motivation and how far you are willing to go with us !

We are a very cohesive team who works in order to make the students lives better and funnier. All we are willin to do is creating various events, such as this Gala but aslo little ones. 

The BDE of IEP Fontainebleau is a recent organization. That's why we are looking to build some links with local compagnies in attempt to make it easier for us to organize events so that we can do more of them ! 

Our members are the students of the IEP of Fontainebleau. They are mainly bachelor students in political sciences but there's also some students doings masters in public policies. Some times, we are also doings events with students in kenesitherapy and the IUT of Fontainebleau. We are potencially looking for doing some events with all the students like a crossover.
