About the event

Our initial target was to promote Futsal in the state of West Bengal. 5-a-side and Futsal are not the same. Despite being aware of this, we had to start off with 5-a-side events. We didn't have the resources or support for a completely new format like Futsal. But after 5 successful events, we are confident that now we can go for it. And our sole purpose will be to help players get acquainted with Futsal, play the game the way it was meant to be! Over the years, we have witnessed young players grace the field with their skills and technique, and some of them have established themselves as the golden boys of 5-a-side in this city of joy. It would be great if Futsal can offer the same! Kolkata, termed as the Mecca of football, has over the years provided our country with stellar proffessionals. Maybe Futsal would be no different. We sincerely hope that our initiative will serve as the base for future Futsal stars of Kolkata. And there needs to be a proper start. Else we are never going to get anywhere. And with your little support, it is quite possible!

Why should you sponsor?

we love the game, FUTSAL.. it is all about skill, technique, strength and strategy. We have been doing this for the last 3 years and in last 3 years we have organised 5 successful futsal event in the city. In our 2 days event all the venue will be filled with energetic young crowd between 16-35 years old. They all love the beautiful game. In these 2 days event it is also a good platform to showcase any product or service if anyone wants. If your product or service is all about something interesting, energetic, beautiful or that is very much helpful with the young crowd and this generation then the platform will serve you with all your potential leads.

I am Souvik Maiti, born and brought up in Kolkata,India. I am a working proffessional. I am associated with one leading IT Company. Football is my passion and Futsal is love. I am Manchester United fan. I love to plat Futsal and for the love of the game i want to spread the game in Kolkata as well as in West Bengal. In kolkata actual futsal never took place, all the games which are named as Futsal are basically 5 a side tournament. There is a lot of difference between Futsal and 5 a side football. So i want to educate people about this beautifu game, i want people to love this game and play as it was meant to be played.
