Men of Fire: Freedom Is The Standard Men's Conference 2026 is a 1 day Christian men's conference designed to equip, encourage, and empower men to live free from addiction, bondage, compromise, and destructive cycles. Hosted by Fire To The Nations Global Ministries, this event will bring together approximately 400 men from across Florida for powerful worship experiences, practical teaching, leadership development, prayer, fellowship, and personal growth. Topics include overcoming addiction, strengthening families, mental and emotional wellness, spiritual leadership, financial stewardship, purity, and discovering God's purpose for manhood. Our mission is to help men become stronger leaders, husbands, fathers, mentors, and community influencers while providing a supportive environment where lasting transformation can take place. Through dynamic speakers, prayer sessions, worship, and networking opportunities, attendees will leave equipped to impact their families, churches, workplaces, and communities. About the Organization and Event Leadership
Fire To The Nations Global Ministries (FTTN) is a Christ-centered ministry based in Daytona Beach, Florida, committed to building the Kingdom of God one soul at a time. Through worship, discipleship, outreach, missions, community engagement, and practical ministry, FTTN seeks to bring hope, healing, and transformation to individuals and families both locally and internationally.
Men of Fire is the men's ministry of Fire To The Nations Global Ministries. Its mission is to equip men to become godly leaders in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities. Through mentorship, discipleship, prayer, fellowship, and leadership development, Men of Fire encourages men to discover their God-given purpose and walk in freedom, integrity, and spiritual maturity.
The conference is led by Minister Daniel P. Fuqua, a professional musician, minister, community leader, and Men's Ministry Chair. Known throughout the Daytona Beach and Volusia County area as "Daniel Saxman" Fuqua, Daniel has spent years connecting with thousands of people through music performances at community events, restaurants, private functions, churches, fundraisers, and charitable events. His platform has allowed him to build meaningful relationships across diverse backgrounds and become a positive influence within the community.
Daniel's passion for men's ministry is deeply personal. As a survivor of sexual abuse and someone who has overcome addiction and personal struggles, he understands firsthand the challenges many men face in silence. Rather than allowing his past to define him, he has dedicated his life to helping other men find healing, restoration, and freedom through faith, accountability, and community.
His vision is simple yet powerful: to see every man walking in true freedom—free from addiction, shame, bondage, broken cycles, and anything that hinders them from becoming the men God created them to be. Through Men of Fire and the Freedom Is The Standard Conference, Daniel is committed to creating spaces where men can encounter hope, healing, purpose, and lasting transformation.
