Brownie Marie

Brownie Marie is a tech executive and multimedia journalist based in NYC. She started off her career as a model, event host, and blogger, co-founding the urban news site Media-N-DaHood.com. Her journalism chops led her to write for CBS, AXS, Examiner.com, Newser, and many other major media outlets, interviewing stars such as Wyclef Jean, Kim Cattrall, and Carmelo Anthony. Brownie was also the co-host of the “Neo-Soul Show” with the late DJ Quest 95 before producing and hosting her own podcast, “Party Time with Brownie.” The consummate entrepreneur, Brownie founded Life Entertainment News in 2020, launching her own entertainment and lifestyle news platform.

After seeing firsthand that there were no dating apps for women seeking serious, non-transactional relationships with older men, Brownie founded her next business– Fox Hunters Club. The iOS and Android app connects millennial women with Generation X and baby boomer men seeking love. Debuting in the New York City area on April 24, Fox Hunters Club is one-of-a-kind in the dating industry, and has already garnered features in ESSENCE Magazine, Global Dating Insights, and other media outlets. Brownie plans to expand the app across the northeast and eventually nationwide, adding features, sponsoring and hosting events, and building the Fox Hunters Club community.
