About the event

FOODMELLO will be the first event representing food specialties and raw materials of the territory of Formello and the north area of the city of Rome.

A selection of olive oils, honey, cheese, vegetables and meat, local beer (Ritual Lab) and wines from various wine cellars from Rome and Tuscany.

The event wil be driven by a lot of live music during cooking sessions, shows and on-stage cooking contests.

Italian Chefs and Directors of famous gourmet restaurants from the city of Rome will attend the show and participate as part of the cooking-contest jury.

The layout of the exhibition will represent, in a semi-flat design style, the historical center of the city of Formello offering a colorful scenary to the show.
