About the event
While we all love to have a good time we have built the Food Truck Feastivale as a service oriented event. Our goal is to provide a platform for our local food truck entrepreneurs to display their talents and creativity in a way that is beneficial to the business that they are so passionate about and for our guests that attend any one of our feastivale events, we want to provide an opportunity for friends and families from all over the metropolitan area to enjoy some of the best things that Kansas City has to offer wrapped up in one big festival of fun.
Last but not least we have made it our mission to incorporate up and coming technology developed right in our city into our festivals to enhance the festival experience and push it to new levels. The Food Truck Feastivale is being hosted at the Adam's Mark Hotel which is adjacent to Arrowhead Stadium where the Kansas City Chiefs play and with this event we are going to make this area a Game Day destination for Chiefs fans throughout the season. Not only will there be Food Trucks but we will have shuttles, charging stations, wifi hotspots, displays SnapChat filters and more that will all be utilized to promote our sponsors.
We also are using local technology partners (SLCKET, Flokk LLC, etc. ) that specialize in measuring and potentially increasing ROI for our participating businesses and sponsors. Their platforms can offer special promotions and communication from sponsors directly to people in the area with proximity based push notifications and other methods. Our event is to not only bring a better experience to friends and family in the area but to also measure and increase the ROI for our participating businesses and sponsors.
Trey RhedrickThe “Food Truck Feastivale” series is a series of events dedicated to the promotion of good street food and the food trucks that create it. This event is being conducted by Gary Mitchell who has over 10 years of event promotion experience and serves as a lead marketer for the Isle of Capri casino.
