Their team, the Action Dreamers, constantly develope new campaigns and projects to aid in expanding your audience as well as the quality of your artistry. They have worked with various independent artist throughout the east coast, developing their brand image and public relations. BMPE has performed at these capacities since 2012, creating reoccuring shows, concerts, and talent showcases. The team prides itself on its extreme level of professionalism, regardless of the size of the event and has a full understanding of the necessary tactics to ensure high recall. BMPE was founded by two Florida A & M University graduates, who possess a forward thinking entreprenuerial spirit. Co-founders, Mariah Henry & Victoria Hampton believe in fighting to attain their dreams, so that they can be in position to help others fight for theirs. They each have carried the services BMPE provides, financially, putting up their own funds to keep the company growing and pushing. Mariah Henry, from South Florida has grown up in the music and entertainment industry, performing and coordinating events since middle school and received her B.S. in Visual & Performing Arts with a minor in Music Industry. Victoria Hampton, from Oakland, California has devoted most of her childhood and young adult life to theater and film, receiving her B.A. in Theater Performance with a minor in Music Industry. They each have different skills that enhance the company and it's vision, making them an ideal power couple for this field.
