About the event
WELL FRESH is A health fitness awareness event that will concentrate on the community of Learning that their health is very important, and can be fun to be active.the name WELL FRESH comes from the event being for your Wellness, and to start off Fresh, with fresh foods, being active in fresh air.
Location will be in Downtown Victoria, blocking off streets allowing attendees to bring their Bikes, Skateboard etc.
the event will be good for local gyms, cross fits, zumba studios, yoga( guest can bring their own yoga mat) Food vendors will range from smoothie shops to farmers market.
Also food classes. could even get your massage at this good event, because relieving stress is a perfect form of getting healthy. the event will also feature fun for the young ones to stay entertained with A play area from moonwalks, to active games like wheel barrow races where they can even win prizes. Even want to include an area with skate board ramps, maybe even have 2 areas for live music and DJs , cant forget music when hosting any event. Hopefully in the future we can also get a 5k going...
