About the event

Fine Artistry Fashion Show is a platform used to celebrate the works of young artist within the
fashion and musical realm. This show provides the opportunity for the participating designers and musicians to share their stories on how their artistry began. Most of all, Fine Artistry Fashion Show is a platform also used to raise more awareness for domestic violence.

All of the proceeds will be donated to High H.E.A.L.E.D Hearts, Inc. (highhealedhearts.org) Thisfoundation is a non-profit organization that has a hunger to end the cycle of domestic violence. The founder, El’Lise Bethel, started High H.E.A.L.E.D as a dedication to not only her personal experience with domestic violence, but her mother’s as well. This organization teaches the younger generation how to recognize an actual or potential domestic violence environment. High H.E.A.L.E.D Hearts also assists survivors by helping them to create, accept and embrace resources and tools that are designed to help them build and better their lives.

Talaya Jessie

Talaya Jessie is an outspoken and bold country girl from Tallahassee, Florida with sky high dreams.  Captivated by her mother’s unique sense of style and love of beautiful clothing, Talaya would watch her mom carefully press and crease her pants, strategically match her blouse with her jewelry, and determine which purse to carry each day of the week.  Talaya’s love of fashion was heightened when she began expressing herself through detailed illustrations. That led directly to designing clothing. She began her fashion career at The Art Institute of Los Angeles, and now as a graduate Talaya is a freelance custom designer.
