The Far East Festival 2016 will be the first of it’s kind – an Open Air Festival in London where people are invited to Discover, Explore, and Celebrate the wonders of the Far East.

Whether you are new to the food and cultures of the Far East, or have been previously introduced and are just in love with it all, a fantastic and memorable experience is guaranteed.

The Far East Festival aims to bring cultures, music, dance, food, craft, and fashion to a park in London. Following our research, people of Far East decent make up over 1 million of the UK’s population. Countries include, but are not limited to, China, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Japan, North & South Korea, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Historically, there have been events in the past focusing on singular countries, but never an open air event collaborating them all. Our festival will combine the cultures  – creating a real experience of the Far East.

We aim to provide a platform for acts and performers to showcase their talents and traditions to a wide audience. This will also be an opportunity for people who may not know much about the Far East to discover more, and what to expect when planning to embark on travels. People who know and love the cultures to come along and enjoy home comforts.

Above all, the Festival aims to create an experience to remember.

On our main stage, our audience will enjoy array of performances inspired and created from the Far Eastern countries. Authentic displays of music, dance, arts, crafts, and other traditional acts.
