Hello, My name is Jolen Lesswing I am the founder of Fantasy River Ranch and I would like to invite your company as a sponsor to:

The Grand Opening of Fantasy River Ranch.

Fantasy River Ranch is more then just a ranch, it is a destination for Everyday Families and more, Plus a great Opportunity for Advertising.

Our Grand Opening will be 3 mounts after we get all the funding needed.

During this time we will be advertising Fantasy River Ranch and Our Sponsor.

   Fantasy River Ranch is more then just a ranch! It's about Animals, Kids, Families having Fun and Helping Others.

Fantasy River Ranch Helping Haven - We are going to buy run down old motels and renovate them for aged out and aging out foster care young adults to live well they get adjusted to being on there own. Why is this needed? Think back to when you were 18, Did you still need to finish high school? Did you have your parents there to help you if you got in a bind? Did you know how to cook and clean your new place? Did you have friend that helped you out when you needed it? Did you know how to drive a car? Have a job before you moved out? These are things these kids don't have when they turn 18. And these are the things we are going to help them with. 10% of all income will go to this.

Fantasy River Ranch Helping Hands – We are setting up a fund to help those that have animals that just need a little help, maybe there animals got hurt and they don't have the money to take it to the vet they can call us. Maybe they rescued an animals and got in over there head we can help them with feed and vet bills to help the animal get to where they need to be. We are not a rescue we will not be taking the animals away from people. This is to help out in these hard times so people don't loose everything. 10% of all income will go to this.

I am Jolen Lesswing I have worked on Fantasy River Ranch and all the above  because I believe there is a real need for a place that people with any income can got to get away from the stress of our world. I love children and believe all children are gods children and it's our job to help them all not just our own. I love animals they are a great gift to us and and need to be cared for by us. I know some times we all need help and we need a place that we can ask for the help with out being accused. This is why Fantasy River Ranch.  

                                                 Who our demographic is.

Fantasy River Ranches demographic is Everyday Families. Everyday Families are average income where they can not always take there families to the entertainment places with out hurting there budget.

They like to go to parks for there children to play, Fantasy River Ranch is going to have a fantasy themed play ground. near the snack bar where Your Sponsor Banner will be.

They like to take there family to the zoo, Fantasy River Ranch will have a mini petting zoo, where they will be able to inert-react with the animals and learn about each one from one of our volunteers. Sponsor banners will be on the fences.

They also like to go on picnics. Fantasy River ranch will have fantasy themed picnic tables with shade canopies to sit out of the hot Florida sun well eating, watching there kids play, watching the animals in the petting zoo. This will be centered in the middle of it all.

Young and old alike like to make crafts, Fantasy river ranch will have a crafting hut that they can make or buy something to take home with them.

It is a lot of fun to watch races, Fantasy River Ranch will have mini pig and mini goat races. Plus Rabbit hopping competitions. Your Sponsor Logo will be on a mini pig or mini goat for each race, the numbered ones can be sponsored by anyone. Rabbit hopping will be with our rabbits Your Sponsor Logo will be on a rabbit., numbered rabbits can have privet sponsors.

I personally love going for a ride in the pony drawn wagon, I always get asked for rides when I'm out and about. Fantasy River Ranch will have a trail for this going around the property that people can ride on, Your Sponsor Banner will be on the wagon and along the trail.

As part of ore planed advertising we will be taking the pony drawn wagon out and giving rides for tips and handing out invalidation to our grand opening. We are also advertising in the local papers inviting TV and Radio personal to come out to the grand opening. Posting on websites and social meta.

Our Cause

Fantasy River Ranches – cause is foster care children, aging out and aged out foster young adults.

The kids in foster care did not ask for what happen to them they only want to be loved , safe, cared for, and be kids. The local foster care will be sent vouchers for there kids come to be kids not to be on show, they can come any time when is good for there foster families. The vouchers will be for free food and drinks a tee-shirt and food for the petting zoo.

Fantasy River Ranch will have a bunk house that Aged out Foster care young adults can come stay in for a safe place, help with school, help finding a job, teaching them to cook, clean, balance a bank account pay bills. And getting what they need. There is no fee for this we only ask them to volunteer at the ranch. They will be able to come back if they need help but our goal is to help them get on there feet to become a good part of the community. 10 % of Fantasy River Ranches income will be put into an account for this project. This money will be used to buy old motels around the USA and renovate them for the aged out foster young adults to have places all over to go to. They would have to pay for there electric and extras but not rent. Why buy more to help them because there is over 20000 aged out foster young adults a year that need our help. With some help I feel more will become good for the communities then a burden and have a bright future.
