The creation and contest of mini F1 cars.
F1 in Schools the only global multi-disciplinary challenge in which teams of students aged 9 to 19 deploy CAD/CAM software to collaborate, design, analyse, manufacture, test, and then race miniature compressed air powered balsa wood F1 cars.
First of all, we would like to introduce ourselves. We are a group of female students at Markham college. Being this our last year of school we have taken in the challenge of participating in the “F1 in Schools World Final”, which is to be held in Singapore. Because of this we need help to finance our trip to Singapore. We are a hard working team which plans to achieve the highest results possible and break stereotypes, our main goal is to win the finals and prove Peruvians can achieve anything they believe in. This competition in involves the creation of an F1 model car, and has many different categories.
IN RETURN WE WILL ADVERTISE YOU
To participate in this competition, we were asked to come up with a name and identity. Because of how proud we are of our country, we agreed on that our identity would represent and honor our Peruvian culture. With this on mind, we decided our brand name would be F1NKAS, which suits our team flawlessly. F1NKAS resembles the word “thinkers”, this is because of how ingenious our team is how we are “great thinkers”. F1NKAS, also gives reference to “Incas” a key part of our culture, and possibly the most known part. The fact that we involved the name of our most amusing and ingenious civilization does not only prove we are proud of our heritage but it also states we identify with their critical thinking strategies.
