The Exploratorium will be hosting its 6th annual Science of Cocktails fundraiser on Friday, January 22, 2016. This fundraiser for the museum's educational programs has been wildly popular since its inception in 2010. Science of Cocktails mixes what the Exploratorium does best—interactive science—with what the Bay Area does best: cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. We explore the chemistry, biology, and physics of alcohol and cocktails through hands-on experiments, demos, and presentations. This incredibly fun evening reaches over 1,200 affluent and engaged Bay Area professionals who enjoy a fun night out, AND it raises money for a fantastic cause.
