About the event

It is with great pleasure that I write to tell you about a unique opportunity to support EVOLVING ARTS OF AMERICA, one of New York City’s important charitable organizations. Evolving Arts of America is guided by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed. Our mission is to encourage youth ages 10-18 to develop their creative potentials through the arts. We provide an environment in which children can feel free to imagine, create, and welcome the arts into their lives. Evolving Arts provides a professional work environment that is challenging, rewarding, creative and respectful of ideas of individuals. We want to inspire pro social Friendships, Strong Interpersonal skills and instill a sense of Hope in the future. We at Evolving Arts would also like to empower youth and individuals in establishing goals in life and following through on commitments, most of all surround youth in a caring inclusive learning environment in the arts Our key initiative are:

 Youth who is overcoming stress in their lives, such as poverty, discrimination, abusive situations, addictions, unstable homes, and academic life, are the primary marketing focus of Evolving Arts. Mentoring programs through the Arts foster positive changes through goal setting, self-discipline, skill development, and friendship all through the Arts.

Our goal is to reassure scholars that “The Sky is the limit” and to never let their dreams become deferred. Through imagination, creativity and living by this affirmation it allows them to stop dreaming and make it a reality! Scholars can become painters, choreographers, music and fashion mogul, film editors, and videographers.

The Evolving Arts of America Events & Fundraising Committee (E&FC), of which I am a member, supports the organization in various ways, including by raising awareness of the agency’s work and organizing fundraising events. To reach its 2015-2016 fundraising goals, the E&FC is holding an evening of bowling on Thursday, October, 15th 2015 at 6:30PM at Bowlmor Times Square. This event will feature two hours of bowling, food, drinks and fun, as well as a raffle, and will cater to young professionals in the NYC area. We anticipate over 150 people in attendance.

The E&FC is asking a limited number of organizations,  to support Evolving Arts of America mission by sponsoring the Bowling Event at one of the three sponsorship levels delineated below:

• Platinum Sponsor - $2,500: Along with your Platinum Sponsorship, your organization will receive admission for 6 people to the EAA bowling event, along with premium company name/logo placement in pre-event marketing communications and on-site presence both through signage and Master of Ceremony announcements.

• Gold Sponsor - $1,500: Along with your Gold Sponsorship, your organization will receive admission for 4 people to the EAA bowling event, company name/logo placement in pre-event marketing communications and on-site presence both through signage and Master of Ceremony announcements.

• Patron Sponsor - $500: Along with your Patron Sponsorship, your organization will receive admission for 2 people to the EAA bowling event and on-site signage presence.

Evolving Arts of America is a 501(c)(3) organization, and as such your sponsorship may be eligible for deduction to the extent allowable under U.S. law.
