About the event

I am an event planner. I am in the startup phase of my business and I will be having a launch party on April 30th to officially launch the business. I will be planning all events except weddings for now. I already have a team within the business and I am already planning numerous events. This specific event is the most important because it is the launch and this is what will leave an impression on everyone about the business. It will be a fashion show in the beginning that will turn into a after party (the launch party). The event is called "Blissfully Yours Spring Fashion Show & Launch party."

I am seeking sponsors to help with funding for the party or even materials to put in our guest goodie bags. In exchange I will place all of the sponsors and vendors on my backdrop and in my program for the evening to give them exposure. I will also have press and media there, so there will be a great deal of exposure for everyone involved. There will be a VIP reception in the beginning for VIP ticket holders and there will be a videographer going around and filming the reception while everyone mingles. This part of the night is only for VIP ticket holders, staff, vendors and sponsors.

I will have a host facilitating the night as well as a deejay playing music throughout the night. I will also have vending tables for vendors to sell merchandise (vending tables will be $50). VIP attendees will sit in the front and receive special swag bags and champagne during the reception and regular ticket holders will also receive bags but they will be different from the VIP bags. After the fashion show, I plan on taking a 15 minute intermission to clear out the chairs and the runway (which will not be a raised runway - just a red carpet runway). Once everything is all clear the party will begin. 

The event will be a day party that will begin at 4pm and run through 11pm. There will be a backdrop there with a red carpet for people to take pictures. We will also be filming the event and making a video out of it afterwards. I just want everyone to come out and enjoy themselves. Not only do I plan on planning events for clients but I also want to plan my own events a few times a year to get my name and my brand out there. I would be the most appreciative if I can have the sponsorship behind the amazing ideas I have to push me and allow me to have the amazing event I plan on having. At the end of the night I will give a speech to thank all the sponsors who took part in the event. I have a huge network of friends in the industry who all have a huge following, so everyone who is someone in this scene will be at this highly anticipated event. AMAZING promotional opportunities for everyone involved. 

My audience will be mostly people in their 20s through about mid to late 30s. Party-goers, promoters, small business owners, entrepreneurs, fashion lovers, press and media, bloggers, vloggers, designers, make up artists, stylists, dancers, etc!
